I am excited to start my carrier as an adult/adolescent psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner and will be providing consultations, therapy and medication management at Mindful Healing. I graduated from Monmouth University in New Jersey with my master’s degree in nursing.

I am very passionate about being PMHNP and hope to provide the most efficient and attentive care to my patients to achieve positive health outcomes. I believe that my most valuable and strongest quality of being PMHNP is the ability to listen to my patients and their concerns in order to help productively.

My concentration as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will be on diagnoses such as Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, bipolar disorders, Insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and anger issues. I speak and write fluently in Russian.

As a counselor I hope to provide a supportive and safe place for clients to be seen and heard. I operate from the belief that we are our biggest advocates and that we all have the capacity to change for a more healthy, better quality of life.

I believe it’s important to emphasize that we all are at different points of our lives. The changes we make, no matter how small, are not superficial but are part of the greater process of healing.

Hi! My name is Sami and I became a social worker to help people cope with life’s stressors and understand their trauma, as well as advocate for them to find their voice at any age.

We can work together to help you understand your ineffective behaviors and manage stressful feelings with healthy coping skills.

I want to help you communicate better in your relationships, improve your self esteem, and help understand how our environment relates to our experiences. I also have experience working with substance use, and making connections to use and mental health.

Through therapy, people have the ability to realize connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. There is no judgement. It is an empathetic, unbiased place to vent whether you want feedback or not, I am here to listen.
